Issue 1: App not opening after clicking “View Steps”
Possible Solutions:
Make sure the Wix Spaces app is installed and updated to the latest version.
Try restarting your phone and then clicking the “View Steps” button again.
If you are using iPhone, ensure that “Allow Apps to Open Links” is enabled in your settings.
On Android, check if the Spaces app is set as the default app for opening links.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the Wix Spaces app.
Issue 2: Login not working
Possible Solutions:
Confirm that you’re entering the same registered email ID used during course enrollment.
Use the “Continue with Email” or “Login with Google” option (depending on how your account was registered).
Reset your password using the Forgot Password option.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection while logging in.
Try clearing the app cache (in mobile settings) and log in again.
Issue 3: Invite email not received
Possible Solutions:
Double-check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders.
Search your inbox for the sender name or subject line related to the invite.
Ensure you gave the correct email ID during registration.
Add our support email address to your safe sender list and request a resend.
If still not found, contact support to verify your enrollment and resend the invitation.
