When it comes to mastering English communication, consistency matters. But so does structure. That’s why the L.E.A.P. Program—short for Learn, Evolve, Adapt & Placed—is designed not just as a course, but as a guided journey toward confident communication.
Whether you're a student aiming to improve your speaking skills or a college-goer preparing for interviews and placements, the L.E.A.P. Program offers a 10-month roadmap tailored for progressive, skill-based development.
In this blog, we’ll break down how a student’s learning evolves month by month, the types of courses they can take, and how L.E.A.P. helps them reach C1-level fluency in less than a year.
How the Journey Is Structured
The L.E.A.P. Program follows the CEFR framework (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), ranging from A1 (Beginner) to C1 (Advanced). There are five levels in total:
A1: Basic English for everyday use
A2: Simple conversations and short texts
B1: Independent use of English for academics
B2: Clear, detailed communication across topics
C1: Professional fluency for work and global readiness
Each level consists of 3 core courses, meaning students complete approximately 2–3 courses per month. With consistent effort, students complete the full journey in 10 months.
Let’s walk through it:
Month 1: Getting Started with A1
Courses:
English for Daily Routines
Simple Sentences and Greetings
Basic Listening Skills
Students begin their journey with basic listening, speaking, and sentence structure. Lessons include vocabulary for daily activities, self-introductions, and essential verbs.
Podcast Format: Each lesson includes an audio clip to train listening comprehension.
Assessments: Quizzes and short exercises to build comfort with simple language.
Month 2: Progressing Through A2
Courses:
Asking Questions & Giving Directions
Listening for Specific Information
Reading Simple Notices and Ads
Here, learners move toward short conversations and reading comprehension. They practice instructions, location-based dialogues, and question patterns.
Real-world scenario exercises: ordering food, asking for help, reading flyers.
Month 3: Bridging to B1
Courses:
Describing Experiences and Events
Writing Short Paragraphs and Emails
Listening to Announcements and Dialogues
This is where independent English use begins. Students are encouraged to share opinions, write descriptive content, and understand fast-paced speech.
💬 Speaking tasks help build confidence.
Month 4: Stronger Academic and Functional English (B1 Continued)
Courses:
Talking About Plans and Predictions
Reading Comprehension of Articles
Summarizing Spoken Information
The focus now shifts to critical thinking in communication. Lessons introduce summarizing techniques, future tense usage, and structured writing.
Month 5: Entering B2 – Advanced Intermediate
Courses:
Group Discussions & Argumentative Writing
Listening to Podcasts and Debates
Making Presentations and Reports
Learners now step into academic-level communication. They develop arguments, present ideas logically, and handle multiple English accents in audio clips.
Webinar Tip: Monthly sessions help learners clarify doubts from B1 and prep for B2 challenges.
Month 6: B2 – Real-World Application
Courses:
Workplace Communication
Report Writing & Formal Emails
Interpreting Data from Spoken/Visual Text
This month is all about bridging the gap between classroom and career. Students gain workplace-ready English and practice professional communication.
Assignments include writing job applications and interpreting charts from meetings.
Month 7: Building Confidence at the C1 Level
Courses:
Persuasive Speech and Interviews
Analyzing Long-Form Texts
Writing Opinions and Reviews
By now, learners can express themselves fluently on abstract and complex topics. They engage in mock interviews, debate writing, and blog/article reviews.
Audio lessons now include faster-paced, natural English.
Month 8: C1 – Advanced Fluency
Courses:
Debating, Pitching Ideas, and Hosting Discussions
Listening to Speeches and Expert Talks
Writing Research-Based Reports
At this point, students can:
Host team meetings
Explain research
Create long presentations
Understand idioms and expressions
This is the confidence zone of the L.E.A.P. journey.
📅 Month 9: Skill Polishing + Exam Prep
This is a revision and refinement month. Students revisit their weak areas from earlier levels and take mock assessments modeled on international English exams.
Activities include:
Timed reading tasks
Audio summarization
Grammar accuracy checks
Peer review feedback
📅 Month 10: Final Assessment + Placement Skills
Students finish with a comprehensive assessment across LSRW skills. But more importantly, this month focuses on career readiness:
Resume writing
Group discussion simulation
Interview etiquette
Business email writing
At the end of Month 10, students earn a C1-Level Certificate and are fully equipped to tackle academic, personal, and professional challenges in English.
Repeatable & Flexible
The beauty of the L.E.A.P. journey is that it's flexible:
Missed a month? Catch up at your pace.
Want to redo a course? You can.
Need to review listening content? Replay the podcast.
With no rigid deadlines and support through monthly expert webinars, students stay motivated throughout.
