Leap Prime | Unit 1: Interpersonal Communication & Relationship Building

This unit lays the foundation for meaningful professional and social interactions. Students will learn how to express themselves with clarity, empathy, and confidence in one-on-one and group settings. The focus is on building trust, understanding perspectives, and creating rapport—skills that are essential not just in interviews and team discussions, but in every workplace interaction. Through role-plays, active listening drills, and real-life scenarios, learners will understand the importance of non-verbal cues, tone, emotional intelligence, and conversational flow.
